Founded in 1995 as a women-owned business by Dee Regan, Diamant Inc set out to bridge the gap between contractors and residents during capital construction projects in occupied buildings.

In April 2010, Diamant received its official certification from Massachusetts to operate as Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and a Disadvantaged-Business Enterprise (DWE).

As liaison, we saw the need for a primary point of contact during a major capital renovation project that was bringing construction workers into people’s homes on a regular basis.  Our team set up work areas for the contractor in apartment dwellings, oversaw the break down after work was completed for the day and ensure that the property was left clean in preparation for the resident’s return.  Our involvement helped the contractor to focus on getting their work done, provided the resident(s) with a contact focused on the project full time, and allowed the property management team to continue with regular business.

Owner's Representative

Since that time, Diamant Inc has continued to function as liaison for capital improvement projects, as well as operate in a broader capacity as an Owner’s Representative for our clients. 

As an Owner’s Representative, we monitor the project direction and progress to protect the interests of you, the owner. This includes assuming the responsibility of reviewing lease documents and work letters, reviewing plans, attending all project meetings, tracking budgets and schedules, monitoring adherence to agreements, and more.

We understand that our clients may be working on more than one project and do not have the time to assume the full burden of each.
